    To help ensure a smooth and efficient service visit, please have your vehicle accessible at the scheduled location and time. If you have any existing keys or fobs, keep them available so we can test their functionality when appropriate.

    For all-keys-lost situations, additional ownership verification is required.

    Vehicle Ownership Verification

    Your vehicle's security is important to us. When all keys to a vehicle have been lost, we require documentation to verify your identity and your ownership or authorization to obtain a replacement key.

    Please have the following documents ready at the time of service:

    • Valid government-issued photo ID to verify your identity.

    • Vehicle registration or title to verify the vehicle's ownership.

    The documents must reasonably establish your identity and your connection to the vehicle. If the vehicle is registered or titled to someone else, please contact us before your appointment to discuss what additional documentation or authorization may be required.

On the Day of Service

  • Arrival and Preparation

    We aim to arrive up to 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Upon arrival, we prepare our equipment and make the necessary adjustments to ensure accurate key cutting and proper programming for your vehicle.

    For all-keys-lost services, we'll also verify the required documentation before proceeding with the work.

  • Key Cutting and Programming

    We cut and program your replacement key or fob to work with your vehicle. Depending on the make, model, and year, the process can take up to an hour, although many vehicles are completed considerably faster.

    Throughout the process, we focus on precision, compatibility, and reliable results.

  • Complete Functionality Testing

    Before wrapping up, we test your keys and fobs with you to verify that everything is working properly. This includes checking that each key starts the engine, all applicable remote functions operate correctly, and the mechanical keys operate the vehicle's locks.

    When available and applicable, we also test your original keys to confirm their functionality. We want you to feel confident that your keys are working as expected before we consider the job complete.

  • Finalize Your Service

    Once testing is complete, we finalize the transaction and provide a detailed invoice outlining the service performed. We want you to leave with a clear understanding of the work completed and the charges associated with your service.
